How much are the dolls?
Our keychains are $200 USD per doll.
Our dolls are $300 USD per doll.

We have these rules in place to make sure both you and we have a positive, smooth experience, so that you know exactly what to expect from us before you order.
Can my doll look like a specific character (from a movie, show, or game etc)?
Unfortunately, no. Due to copyright and trademark laws, we cannot create dolls that replicate or closely resemble existing characters from movies, TV shows, video games, or other media. All of our dolls are one-of-a-kind and designed to be original. We’re happy to work with you to create something inspired by a vibe, aesthetic, or theme you love—just not direct character recreations.
Can I have logos or graphics on my doll (like brand names or symbols)?
No, we do not include logos, brand names, or copyrighted graphics on our dolls. This includes designs from companies, franchises, or sports teams. To respect copyright and trademark laws, all designs must be original and free of branded content.
What kind of photos do I need to send?
Photos of the face from the front and side profile.
Mouth with no teeth showing. No kissy faces.
Hairstyle, color, all piercings and outfit inspo.
What payments do you accept?
We are only currently accepting Zelle as a payment method.
Do I get a confirmation?
Yes, we first confirm payment has been received.
And another confirmation is with an invoice. You will have to confirm that all details are correct on the invoice that we send you.
When will I receive it?
After we drop off your order at the postal office it can take up to 5-7 days. Longer for holiday seasons/weather.
I didn't put the correct shipping address, what will happen to my order?
Your order will most likely be returned back to us IF your order has already been sent out.
In this case, you will be charged an additional $30+ to have it resent to you. We cannot stress this enough to make sure your shipping address is correct when filling out your form.
You are responsible for your order and there will absolutely be no refunds given.
Are we able to track our order?
Yes! We will send you a screenshot of the receipt which will have your order details like estimated delivery date and tracking number! You are responsible for your order, once we ship it out.
Why hasn’t my tracking updated yet?
Once we hand your package directly to USPS, all tracking scans and delivery updates are controlled by their system. During holidays or busy seasons, tracking may take longer to refresh. Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days, but can be delayed by USPS volume. If you need faster delivery, please inquire for overnight shipping (an additional fee)
Do you ship internationally?
No. We only ship within the United States.
Can you save me a spot to make a payment at a later time?
Unfortunately, no. Our orders are based on a first come, first serve. Orders are secured for dates for those who have paid first.
Can I pay a deposit?
Unfortunately, no. Full payment is required to process your order.
Do you offer remakes or refunds?
While we do not offer refunds or remakes for custom orders, we are committed to resolving issues in case of errors or defects in the product. Please contact us if there are any issues with your order.
Can you make wavy hair?
Unfortunately, since we are working with yarn some hairstyles like "wavy hair" are not achievable.
We do offer loose or tight curls and straight hair only.
Can you make hats, gloves or shoes?
We can make solid colored beanies
Other hats we do not make.
We do not make gloves or shoes for our dolls. But we can make solid colored socks!
Can you do different eye colors?
Yes, upon request!
Can you add body tattoos or body jewelry on the dolls?
No, sorry we don't do anything to the body. Just the face.
Can you make me more than 1 outfit?
Sorry, we only provide one outfit per doll.
My order got stolen or been tampered with when it was shipped to me, can I get a refund or a remake?
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for whatever happens to your order once it has shipped. We do not provide refunds or remakes.
Will my plaque trophy head look exactly like my reference photos?
No. While customers may provide inspiration photos, color preferences, themes, and design ideas, all plaque trophy heads are handmade artistic interpretations created in the signature style of ITSTHEWEIRDSISTERS. We retain full creative control over the final design, including colors, detailing, textures, proportions, and overall artistic presentation. Because each piece is individually handcrafted, exact replication is not guaranteed and slight variations are expected as part of the custom art process.
