We know that buying handmade, custom products online is an exciting experience, and we want to make sure everything goes smoothly. Our Terms and Conditions help clarify important details like payment, shipping, and our policies about returns and damages.

We have these rules in place to make sure both you and we have a positive, smooth experience. For example, we explain that once an item is delivered, it’s your responsibility to secure it, because unfortunately, we can’t control what happens after delivery. We also make sure to explain our no-refund policy, so that you know exactly what to expect from us before you order.

By submitting an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before completing your purchase.


1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases made from ITSTHEWEIRDSISTERS (the "Company"). By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to comply with these terms.


2. Product Information

  • We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, prices, and images. However, as many of our products are handmade, slight variations in appearance, size, and color may occur.
  • We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.


3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change at any time.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
  • Certain products may incur additional charges, such as customization fees or expedited shipping fees. These charges will be clearly disclosed prior to payment.


4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed only after full payment has been received.
  • For custom orders, additional processing time may be required. Estimated production and shipping times will be communicated to you in advance.
  • Your order will not be finalized until you have received an invoice confirming the correct details.


5.SHIPPING

• Shipping Timeframes

  • All orders follow the ship date selected at checkout or shown on your invoice.
  • The ship date refers to the date your order leaves us, not the date it arrives.
  • Standard USPS delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, but may take longer during holidays or high-volume seasons.

• USPS Transit & Tracking

  • Once your package is handed directly to a USPS postal worker, it is officially in USPS custody.
  • From that point on, all tracking scans, delivery speed, delays, and updates are controlled solely by USPS.
  • Tracking may take extra time to update during holidays or busy mailing periods.
  • We are unable to influence or expedite USPS processing once the package is accepted by the postal service.

• Early Completion & Shipping

  • If your order is finished early, we may ship earlier than your scheduled ship date as a courtesy.
  • However, the original ship date you selected remains the official date associated with your purchase.

• Expedited Options

  • “Expedited Ship Date” refers only to when your order is prepared and shipped — not USPS transit speed.
  • If you need faster delivery, overnight or expedited shipping upgrades please inquire for an additional fee.
  • Customers must request upgraded shipping before the scheduled ship date.

• Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and accessible during the delivery window.
  • We are not responsible for issues caused by an incorrect address, an inaccessible address, or customer relocation during transit.


6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • No Refunds or Cancellations: Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, we do not offer refunds or cancellations, including for custom or personalized items.
  • Damaged Products:
  • If your product is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion, but only if the damage occurred during shipping. This does not apply to damage caused after the product has been delivered to you.
  • Accidental Damage: If you accidentally break or damage your product after receiving it, we are not responsible for repairs or replacements. We encourage handling all products with care to avoid such damage.
  • Stolen or Lost Products:
  • ITSTHEWEIRDSISTERS is not responsible for theft or loss of products once they have been delivered and the carrier has provided tracking information indicating successful delivery.
  • We provide tracking numbers for all orders so you can monitor your package during shipping. If you have concerns about the delivery, please reach out to the carrier immediately.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery is secure. We recommend having packages delivered to a location where they can be safely received (e.g., a secure mailbox, home address with a secure entry, etc.).
  • Tracking Number Responsibility:
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. If the tracking information shows that the product has been delivered to the correct address, we are no longer responsible for any loss or damage to the product.
  • If your package is marked as delivered, and you cannot locate it, please check with your neighbors, household members, or contact your local shipping carrier for assistance.
  • Shipping Insurance: If you are concerned about theft or loss during shipping, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance (if available). Please choose this option in your doll inquiry if you would like to inquire about this option.


7. Customization and Personalization

  • Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time and could incur extra fees. These details will be confirmed with you prior to processing.
  • We will make every effort to fulfill your customization requests, but ITSTHEWEIRDSISTERS cannot guarantee an exact match to reference photos or descriptions due to the handmade nature of our products.
  • Any changes made to a confirmed custom order may result in delays or additional charges.

We do not include or replicate the following due to copyright and trademark restrictions:

  • Logos, symbols, or graphics associated with brands or companies. Clothing, props, or accessories that feature recognizable characters

Designs inspired by or based on copyrighted media (e.g., TV shows, movies, games, etc.)

  • All design requests must be original, personal, or stylistically guided—not based on existing characters or branded content.


7A. Artistic Style and Creative Control

All products created by ITSTHEWEIRDSISTERS are handmade artistic interpretations and are created in our signature style. This includes, but is not limited to, custom dolls, plushies, plaque trophy heads, sculpted pieces, decorative items, and any future handmade or custom art products offered through our shop.

Customers may provide inspiration photos, color preferences, themes, and general design requests during the ordering process. While we make every effort to incorporate requested elements, ITSTHEWEIRDSISTERS retains full artistic and creative control over all final design decisions, including but not limited to:


  • Color selection and combinations
  • Artistic interpretation of reference materials
  • Design layout and styling
  • Facial features, textures, proportions, and detailing
  • Material usage and finishing elements

Due to the handmade and artistic nature of our products, no two items will be identical, and exact replication of reference images, concepts, or prior works is not guaranteed.

By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and accept that the final product will reflect the creative judgment and artistic style of ITSTHEWEIRDSISTERS.

ITSTHEWEIRDSISTERS reserves the right to expand, modify, or introduce new handmade product categories, artistic services, or custom art offerings at any time without prior notice.


8. Customer Responsibility

  • You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing your order, including shipping address and payment details.
  • ITSTHEWEIRDSISTERS is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., wrong shipping address, incorrect product selection).


9. Limitation of Liability

  • ITSTHEWEIRDSISTERS is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product, excluding shipping costs.


10. Product Quality and Disclaimers

We strive to ensure the highest quality, but as many of our products are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, and design may occur. These variations are a part of the unique nature of our products and are not grounds for a return or refund.

Product photos and descriptions are for illustrative purposes, and we cannot guarantee that your product will look identical to those shown.


11. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our [Privacy Policy]. Your personal data is used only to process your order and communicate with you about your purchase.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except as necessary to process your order or comply with legal obligations.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of California and any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Merced County, California.


14. Consent to Use Photos for Marketing and Social Media

By placing an order, you grant ITSTHEWEIRDSISTERS permission to use any photos or images you submit for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes, including on our social media accounts, website, and other platforms.


If you do not wish for your photos to be used, please inform us prior to submitting any images or during the ordering process. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if you do not consent to the use of your photos.


15. Acceptance of Terms

  • By placing an order with ITSTHEWEIRDSISTERS, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Product Condition:

All products are handmade, and while we make every effort to ensure consistency, there may be slight variations in appearance, color, or size. These variations are a natural part of the handmade process and are not grounds for return or refund.


Delivery and Shipping:

All shipping dates provided are expected timeframes and are not guaranteed, unless the order includes expedited shipping and all order details are confirmed in a timely manner. Shipping timelines may be impacted by:


Use of standard (non-expedited) shipping


Delayed or incomplete responses from the customer


Changes made to the order after confirmation


Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs during shipping or after delivery.

We provide tracking numbers for all orders to allow customers to monitor their package during shipping.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure a secure delivery location.

If a product is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, ITSTHEWEIRDSISTERS is not liable for any theft or loss. We recommend that you monitor tracking information and take the necessary steps to secure your package once it is delivered.


Accidental Damage:

Any damage that occurs after the product has been delivered to the customer is the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any repairs or replacements due to customer accidents or misuse.


No Liability for Third-Party Actions:

ITSTHEWEIRDSISTERS is not responsible for any third-party actions, including but not limited to those of shipping carriers or other individuals who may come into contact with your package.


Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify and hold ITSTHEWEIRDSISTERS, its employees, and agents harmless from any and all claims, losses, or damages arising from the use, misuse, or handling of our products.
