ORDER PROCESS

Step 1: Fill Out the Form

Complete the order form with the details of your doll(s).

Step 2: Wait for Your Estimate

After reviewing your form, we will email you an estimate based on the details provided.

Note: We may request additional information before providing a final price.

Step 3: Agree to Pricing & Make Payment

Once you agree to the estimate, you can proceed with payment.

Please note: Once payment is made, we do not offer refunds.

Step 4: Submit Reference Photos & Additional Details

After confirming payment, we’ll ask you to send reference photos for the outfit, makeup, hair, and piercings.

Tip: We prefer photos of faces looking directly at the camera, as well as side profiles. Please no photos with teeth showing.

Step 5: Receive Your Invoice

We’ll send you a final invoice/receipt for confirmation.

Your order is not complete until you verify that all details are correct on the invoice.



Final Step: Delivery

Production can take anywhere from a few weeks to several months, depending on your order (unless expedited).

Once your doll is ready, we will ship it and send you tracking details. If asked, we will send you a photo of your completed doll.
